Please wait in your car and text us at 617-699-0995 that you are here.
To keep everyone safe and minimize possible contaminated surfaces, we are avoiding having patients in the waiting area for now. We will bring you directly to your freshly sanitized treatment room!
Please come in WEARING your mask – if you do not have one, we will provide one for you. Please plan to wear a mask throughout your entire visit. We understand that this is not terribly comfortable and some accommodations may need to be made while on the treatment table.
Please do not bring unnecessary items into the office with you, i.e., bags, water bottles, iPads, etc. The fewer items you have the less likely we will have any issues with contamination. Please immediately wash your hands for 20 seconds with soap under running water in the restroom. Use paper towels to open the door knob after hand-washing.
There are alcohol-based hand sanitizing stations throughout the office for use as needed.
***If you are experiencing any fever, cough, shortness of breath or other respiratory or unusual symptoms (including loss of smell or taste and new onset of headache, sore throat, diarrhea or fatigue) please CALL the office to discuss before entering. We are not treating any possibly infectious respiratory ailments on site at this time. Consulting your doctor and Chinese herbal medicine via telehealth are the safest and most effective ways to treat these conditions currently.
*** If you have a positive or pending COVID test OR if you have been exposed to someone with a positive or pending COVID test, please contact the office to discuss and reschedule your appointment.
Thank you so much for your help and cooperation to keep everyone in our community safe!
