Tasty Kale Chips Recipe
This tasty kale chips recipe is super kid friendly and a healthy way to eat kale.
- 1 bunch kale
- Olive oil
- Sea Salt
Rip off pieces of kale, excluding stem. Using your fingers, rub each piece with olive oil and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt. Roast in oven at 400 for 7-8 minutes until crispy but not burnt. Keep an eye on them — it’s a fine line.
